   CoCoFold adapts AlphaFold using limited cryo-EM particles to refine atomic models when reconstructed maps are weak, anisotropic, or incomplete. It connects predicted structures to experimental particles through differentiable projection and particle-level supervision while preserving the AlphaFold structural prior.

   Amino-acid classification based on terahertz absorption spectroscopy with Gaussian process and maximum likelihood

   This work proposes a discrete Gaussian process and maximum likelihood model for classifying amino-acid terahertz spectra under scattering noise and varying experimental conditions. The model achieves high accuracy with substantially reduced training time and inference cost, supporting efficient THz-based molecular sensing.
